Okay. Something happened to me when I was pregnant with MC, and I never really told anyone about it, including my doctor, because I had no reason to believe that this particular thing had anything at all to do with pregnancy.
But now it's happening again, and it's so completely appalling and embarrassing--so I simply must share it with each and every person who has Internet access.
Five words: Scabs All Over My Head.
What the hell is happening?! I haven't toyed with my hair color in months, so it's not that. I haven't been using weird shampoos, so it's not that. Um, I don't have nits, so it's not that. I don't have dandruff. I'm not itchy. So, why the scabs?
Oh my God, you are NEVER going to want to hang out with me now that you know that My Entire Head is Covered in Scabs!
My scalp is a study in plate tectonics!

at 8/26/2005 7:25:26 PM- Doh! Old old post... Sorry, I ran past the end of the newer posts and didn't spot it'd dumped me back to last year.
Yeah, my mom sufferred something similiar when she was pregnant with my two youngest siblings. She reckoned it was a vitamins/minerals thing, but that's not a medical opinion by any stretch.
But at least it's not just you. If I recall correctly it went away on its own after about two months each time for her.
